Fried whitefish, avocado and Bearnaise Mayonnaise

Ingredients

1/2 Texas Pete Hot Sauce

1/2 Butter

Chicken Wings

Melt the butter over low heat in a saucepan and stir in the Texas Pete Original Hot Sauce.

Do not let the mixture come to a boil. The sauce is ready when the first bubble appears on the surface and the texture is smooth. You can adjust the heat level by adding more Texas Pete Hot Sauce to taste.

Preheat the deep fryer to 180–190°C. In hot oil, the wings cook quickly and stay juicy inside. Fry the wings until done, then lift them out of the fryer. Shake gently to remove excess oil. Toss the cooked wings in Texas Pete Hot Wings Sauce, and add an extra generous drizzle of sauce over the finished dish. You can also cook the wings in an air fryer or in the oven.
